Trying to love your body when nothing seems to work can feel impossible. I felt stuck in limbo for years. Powerless to change how I felt about eating, overwhelmed by thoughts about food, and unsure what it meant to live a healthy lifestyle.

When I became a nutritionist in 2021, something in me woke up. Looking back, what truly changed my relationship with food wasn’t a single diet or rule. It was the daily practices I began to weave into my meals. Little by little, these small practices reshaped not only how I thought about food, but also how I felt and lived.

✧ 1 coaching call per week (online, 30 minutes)

Online support during the program + 3 weeks after

✧ Different modules, weekly recipes, selfcare assignments and practical Q&A's.
