The Honest Eating Method is my way of nutrition coaching. It’s designed to help you rebuild a calm, steady relationship with food and cooking.
I know… there’s no shortage of nutrition coaching online. If anything, there’s too much.
But in all that noise, I kept noticing the same gap. Because most nutrition programs focus on what to eat and how much. But almost none of them talk about how you actually eat. And that part? It matters more than we think.
The Honest Eating Method helps you make food feel simple again. Trustworthy and something that supports you, instead of something that constantly suggests you’re doing it wrong.
I created this method from experience. Not just as a nutritionist but as someone who knows what it feels like when food isn’t safe anymore. This method has one job: move you from control → back to trust.
To do that, you need three things:
- Good ingredients.
- Taking preparation back into your own hands.
- And a safe environment.

How it works
We start with understanding food again. Not through the latest nutrition myths and fear-based selling arguments, just clarity. Think of it as a little (but very loud) f-you to diet culture.
Then we cook. Because things actually shift the moment you make your own food. Before you even take a bite. And then we look at something most programs ignore: how you eat. This is huge, because your body doesn’t just respond to nutrients. It responds to safety and to your environment. More than you think.

Each day, you’ll get a short lesson and a simple action you can apply immediately. You’ll start recognising patterns, triggers and beliefs around food. You’ll cook, experiment, and learn how different foods support your body.
The method is available as a 3- or 5-week journey. It’s grounded in science, but shaped by real life.

The 3-week online course is something you go through at your own pace. Of course, I’m here if you have any questions. But most of the time, you won’t really see me.
