Delivery Times

Dertien ships once a week. As a small and sustainable company, we also take a thoughtful approach to logistics. You will receive an email as soon as your package is on its way. Shipments are usually sent on Wednesdays.

Sometimes delays may occur due to national holidays, staff vacations, overseas sourcing trips, or because certain products are temporarily out of stock.

If for any reason your delivery cannot be made within the expected time, you will be notified as soon as possible, with a clear explanation. In cases of unavoidable delays, a discount code may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.

Delivery is handled by a postal or parcel service. In general, packages are delivered on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, Dertien cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification. All communication will be via email.

Shipping Costs

All prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. Dertien applies standard shipping fees, which may vary depending on the size and weight of the package.

If you return an item, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
