Privacy policy

Dertien values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data as best as possible. This privacy statement explains how Dertien collects personal information, how that information is used, with whom it is shared, and what your rights are.

It may not be the most inspiring read, but it’s important to review it carefully. You are always welcome to contact me if you have questions. For more information on data protection, please visit the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

When does this Privacy Policy apply?

This Privacy Policy applies whenever Dertien processes your personal data. This happens when you visit the website (website user), when you register your interest with Dertien (potential customer), and when Dertien delivers products to you.

Dertien may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. At the bottom of this page, you will find the date of the most recent update.

What are personal data?

Personal data are any details that identify a natural person. Examples include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and financial details for invoicing.
