Refund policy

At Dertien, I strive to offer you the best possible service. Not satisfied with your purchase? Please read the returns policy carefully below. And of course, you are always welcome to contact me if you have any questions.

Returns

I hope every Dertien item brings you joy. However, sometimes expectations don’t fully match reality and you may wish to return your order.

To initiate a return, please notify me by email at nikki@dertienvoedingenbeweging.nl. Requests for returns cannot be processed without prior email notification. Be sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.

Your return must be received within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in good condition: unused and undamaged. Only then will you be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Please note: return shipping costs from your home to Dertien are at your own expense.

If your return arrives after the 14-day period, it can no longer be accepted. You will be notified by email if this is the case.

At Dertien, I work with love, care, and effort toward a more sustainable future. I believe every item deserves a long life and I encourage passing items along from one owner to the next. Please also consider whether your product might find a new home before you decide to return it. Together, we can make a bigger impact.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a major defect or one not described in the product listing, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery at nikki@dertienvoedingenbeweging.nl. Include clear photos of the defect and a detailed description of the issue. I will review the situation and contact you so we can find a suitable solution together. The final decision regarding the offered solution rests with Dertien.

Exchanges

Because I work in small batches and with vintage items, exchanges are not always possible. Please also keep in mind that colors shown in photos may vary slightly from reality. Product descriptions always include the stated color to give you the best possible impression.
